I joined Findsome as a real sceptic. I didn't believe that real relationships would come from internet dating and that it was completely fictional. I only paid attention to the media stories, where bad things happened to anyone who partook in net dating. The reason I joined was to prove to my friends and sister that what I thought about internet dating was true, I was trying to be a test case in real life. I joined the site on the Sunday and was messaged by many subscribers. However there was one that took my notice.

We started communicating and by Wednesday we had decided to talk on the phone. We talked on the phone for 4 hours! I had another date on the Thursday in which I met a guy for coffee, he was really nice but there was no real spark. I also arranged to meet 3 people on the Sunday, this one guy who I was really interested in included. We had had another conversation before we met that day, and that again was a lengthy conversation on the phone.

From the moment we met I knew that he was "the one" I had never had feelings for anyone in life like I had about him. I had the feeling instantly that I had known him my entire life. We got on so well and our first date was amazing. After the date we spoke on the phone again for 4-5 hours and continued to arrange to meet up after that. I cancelled all my other dates that day.

It is now a year later and we have moved in together and every day I am thankful for how lucky I am to have found someone to share my life with. I have never met someone who is so kind and loving to me in my entire life, and will be forever grateful for the 1 week gold experience I encountered on the find someone website. We still joke that he owes me $24.95!
